shimejibuddy.com (“we”, “us”) publishes the Shimeji Buddy Chrome extension and this website. You can contact us at contact@shimejibuddy.com.
2. The Chrome Extension
Shimeji Buddy does not collect, store or transmit personal data. Your selected characters and settings are saved locally in your browser using Chrome storage. The extension does not read the content of web pages, form fields, passwords or your browsing history, and it makes no network requests other than loading its own sprite files.
3. The Website
The website uses privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and may display advertising served by third-party networks (for example Google AdSense). Those networks may use cookies to show relevant ads. You can opt out through your browser settings or at Google Ads Settings.
4. Contact Form
When you contact us we keep your name, email address and message only for as long as needed to answer you.
5. Children
Shimeji Buddy is suitable for all ages and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
6. Your Rights
You may request a copy or deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing us. We respond within 30 days.
